Who We are

La Neta Murals, founded in 2020 by five artists, is now a dedicated team of four based in the Monterey Bay. We bring art to public spaces while honoring and reflecting the communities we serve. Our name, "La Neta," meaning "truth" in Mexican street slang, represents our commitment to authenticity, cultural identity, and the lived experiences of the people we work with.

We believe public art is transformative—our murals are tools for storytelling, connection, and celebrating diversity. Each project is approached with collaboration, respect, and professionalism, knowing that the creative process is just as important as the final piece. Infused with joy and energy, our art feels alive and accessible to all.

Through our murals, we aim to inspire dialogue, spark reflection, and strengthen the cultural fabric of the spaces we inhabit—celebrating truth, community, and the unifying power of art.
