Service Before Self is a 70 ft long mural commissioned by the City of Seaside for the Seaside Fire Department. The spray paint and acrylic mural makes references to Seaside’s rich history, including its military history, local scenery, fire department and community engagement, and the hopeful influence of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s visits to the area.
